Debstar Beauty Empire – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Debstar Beauty Empire. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients, please review the following terms and conditions that govern all bookings and services at our salon:
1. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance via our official booking platforms or in-salon.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of service on the appointment day.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to show up, will forfeit the deposit and may incur an additional charge for future bookings.
No refunds will be issued in cases where clients arrive late or miss their appointment entirely.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled based on stylist availability.
3. Refund Policy
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services or for missed appointments due to client delay, lateness, or no-shows.
In the rare case of dissatisfaction, clients must raise concerns before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to address them on-site.
4. Service Disclaimer
Results may vary depending on hair texture, condition, and previous treatments. Our stylists will advise on achievable outcomes during consultation.
We are not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivity to products not previously disclosed by the client.
5. Hygiene & Conduct
We maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism. Clients are expected to treat staff and other clients with courtesy and respect.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior.
6. Wig and Product Policies
Wig maintenance and customizations must be paid for in advance.
All wigs and products dropped off must be collected within 7 days of completion. After this period, a storage fee may apply.
7. Children & Companions
To maintain a calm and safe environment, we kindly request that only clients receiving services remain in the salon, unless otherwise approved.
